Line Bradford
Veterinary Surgeon

Line joined Highcroft in February 2012 having qualified from Bristol University in 2006.  She is based at Eastville Veterinary Centre and has a special interest in surgery and imaging. Line is currently working towards her CertAVP in small animal surgery. When she's not working Line enjoys cycling, skiing and swimming. She has a lovely Norwegian forest cat called Roni.


Rob Parry-Hall
Veterinary Surgeon

Rob is Clinical Director of our Eastville, Ashton and Shirehampton practices. Rob qualified from Bristol University in May 2010 and has a special interest in feline medicine. He is the proud owner of a ginger cat called James who Rob describes as a bit 'crazy'! In his spare time, Rob is a Notts Forest supporter and Chairman of a local football club. 


Jade Searle
Veterinary Surgeon

Jade qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2012 and joined Highcroft as an intern in 2013 based at our Whitchurch Hospital and surgery. She is now a based primarily at Veterinary Centre and occasionally consults at our hospital in Whitchurch. Jade originally studied human medicine and qualified as a doctor but changed to work with animals. She enjoys the daily benefits of cuddling patients and getting the odd sloppy kiss. Jade has a Jack Russell called Finnegan and does agility at her local dog club. 


Amy Smith
Intern Veterinary Surgeon

Amy qualified from Nottingham University in July 2016 and joined Highcroft in August 2016 initially as an intern based at our Hospital and Surgery in Whitchurch. Amy is now based at our Eastville and Shirehampton surgeries. She interested in exotics (particularly small furries) and diagnostic imaging.

Outside of work Amy enjoys baking, surfing and spending time at the beach.


Fay Weaver
Veterinary Nurse

Fay qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2002 and joined Highcroft in 2004.

She was a night nurse at our Whitchurch Veterinary Hospital for many years, caring for our in-patient pets (along with our nursing auxiliaries) and supporting our out of hours vets.

Fay is now Head Nurse at Eastville Veterinary Centre and supports the veterinary surgeons and general running of the veterinary centre.


Jess Boyse

Jess joined Highcroft in August 2014 as a receptionist and is based at our Eastville Veterinary Centre. She helps with booking appointments, answering clients queries and looking after pet owners in reception.

Jess has two horses, a gypsy cob mother and son and two rabbits, a dwarf lop and lionhead. In her spare time she enjoys horse riding and showing and is interested in water sports and marine conservation.


Natasha Court

Natasha joined us in February 2015 as a receptionist at our Ashton Veterinary Surgery. She helps with booking appointments, answering clients queries and looking after pet owners in reception.

Natasha has two Weimaraners, two gerbils, two bearded dragons and two rabbits. The animals came in two by two! She enjoys football and gardening in her spare time.


Urte Grauslyte

Urte joined us in August 2016 as a receptionist based at our Highcroft Hospital and Surgery in Whitchurch. She is now based at Eastville Veterinary Centre where she looks after clients and their pets and helps ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Urte enjoys theatre and film and special effects make up and has a Chihuahua.


Marianne Osborne

Marianne joined Highcroft in March 2015 as a receptionist. She helps with booking appointments, answering clients queries and looking after pet owners in reception.

Marianne has three dogs, an 8 year old German Shepherd, a 4 year old lurcher and a 1 year old collie.


Gill Tooze
Practice Manager - Bristol branches

Gill joined Highcroft in 2009, initially as a Receptionist and then progressed through our Insurance team and Marketing Department. After a varied workload and plenty of experience over the years, Gill has since been promoted to Practice Manager for our Eastville, Shirehampton and Ashton surgeries.

Outside of work, Gill enjoys playing tennis and has two cocker spaniels, Willow and Hector.



Leonora Garrett
Dog Groomer

Leonora joined Highcroft in September 2015 and will be our Groomer at our Eastville surgery. She will take care of your pets whilst they are with us for a wash and brush up or full pampered pooch session.

Leonora has three dogs, Monty a Jack Russell, Ruby a staffie boxer cross and Rosie a Yorkie Border Terrier cross. As you can imagine with three dogs, she spends a lot of time walking.
