Kennel Cough

Kennel cough (Infectious Bronchitis) is a highly infectious cough that can be picked up wherever dogs meet. The symptoms are typically a harsh, dry, honking cough which may last for several weeks, often requiring antibiotics to clear it up.

Kennel cough can be picked up anywhere your dog goes - on walks, at dog shows, training classes or boarding kennels (in fact most boarding kennels will not accept your dog unless they have been vaccinated against Kennel Cough).

We recommend annual vaccinations to prevent this nasty infection.

Contact you surgery for information or to book an appointment for your pet's vaccinations.
