Cat Glynn
Veterinary Surgeon

Cat joined Highcroft in February 2016 and is based at our Longwell Green Veterinary Surgery. She qualified from the University of Nottingham in July 2011 and has an interest in surgery, ultrasonagraphy, cytology and laboratory work.

Outside of work Cat enjoys running, yoga and crafts. She has a cat called Miriam, a grand old lady who is over 15 years old.


Isabel Heal
Veterinary Surgeon

Isabel qualified from Bristol Veterinary School in 1994 and joined Highcroft in 1998 and works at our Whitchurch and Brislington surgeries.

She has a special interest in Dermatology and runs regular clinics for pets with skin complaints. Isabel has a Post-graduate General Practitioner Certificate in Dermatology.


Sarah Long
Veterinary Surgeon

Sarah joined Highcroft in October 2015 as a Veterinary Surgeon having qualified from Liverpool University in July 2011. She is based at Highcroft Hospital in Whitchurch and also consults at our Veterinary Surgery in Ashton.

Sarah has a special interest in dermatology and is currently studying towards a CertAVP in dermatology. 

When not at Highcroft Sarah enjoys horse riding and baking.


Alex Sterritt
Veterinary Surgeon

Alex joined us as a new graduate from Bristol Veterinary School in 2006.

She is particularly interested in Feline Medicine and has passed her General Practice Certificate in Small Animal Medicine.


Amie Britton
RVN, Pet Health Councellor (PHC)
Veterinary Nurse

Amie joined us in June 2015 having qualified as a veterinary nurse from Bristol University in September 1999. Amie is dedicated to running our nurse clinics at main Whitchurch hospital and surgery but also visits our Ashton, Brislington, and Stockwood surgeries. She enjoys consulting, meeting owners and their pets and is able to give advice on areas such as diet, husbandry and welfare. Outside of work, Amie is married with two children and enjoys walks in the countryside and camping. She has a Level 2 in British Sign Language and also enjoys eating out and a large glass of wine! 


Kim Davis
Senior Receptionist

Kim joined Highcroft in 2005 as the Senior Receptionist and Auxiliary Nurse at our Brislington surgery.

Kim does an excellent job at looking after the clients and their pets - she has been nominated for the Pet Plan Receptionist of the Year Awards 11 years in a row!



Carol Dallimore

Carol joined us in 2010 as a part time receptionist at Stockwood and is now based at our Brislington Veterinary Surgery at Wick Road. She looks after the clients and their pets and helps the vets and groomers who work at the surgery.

Outside of work Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and their dog Belle.
