Pet Ambulance

Highcroft runs a dedicated pet ambulance service which includes:

• Emergencies such as road traffic accidents, where injured pets can then be transported directly to the surgery for treatment.
• Collection and delivery for operations, usually from the pet's home. (Collection early morning, return late afternoon or evening).
• Please note that this service is free for all neutering operations carried out on Thursdays and Fridays at our Stockwood or Keynsham surgeries.
• The transportation of animals between surgeries.
• Large volume food deliveries.

If you would like your pet to be collected and/or returned home please arrange with reception when booking your appointment or operation.

For routine collections and deliveries (and food deliveries) we do ask for 24 hours notice where possible.

A small fee will be charged for the collection and delivery service according to the distance travelled, please ask for details. (This does not apply to the Thursday and Friday neutering operations)
