Our Wells Road Hospital and Surgery was extended and refurbished in 2003 to provide full hospital and surgical facilities, a spacious and comfortable waiting room and ample parking, even at the busiest times.
Last year we achieved the highest possible accreditation from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons after rigorous inspection of our hospital standards, facilities and services.

Office
This behive of activity is where most of the telephone calls to the hospital and surgery are first received by Sue, Jenny and Mandy.
They book appointments, answer queries, and direct callers and clients to the appropriate people.
In between calls, Jenny and Mandy prepare all the various information packs and goody bags for clients and Sue organises the duty rotas for the vets, which is no mean task.
