Our Wells Road Hospital and Surgery was extended and refurbished in 2003 to provide full hospital and surgical facilities, a spacious and comfortable waiting room and ample parking, even at the busiest times.
Last year we achieved the highest possible accreditation from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons after rigorous inspection of our hospital standards, facilities and services.

Reception
Our modern, welcoming reception is open 7 days a week, air conditioned and fully stocked with the latest products for your pet, along with information sheets and advice from our reception staff.
Several of our receptionists have trained to be Nutritional Counsellors (through the experts themselves - Hill's Pet Nutrition) and will be happy to advise you on the best diet for your pet.
Our reception team is supported by our Practice Nurse, Virginia Board, who is there on weekdays to offer you help and advice as required.
Virginia also offers a wide range of free pet health check and clinics, regardless of which branch you are registered with.
