Fay Taylor
Head Receptionist
Fay joined Highcroft in 1995, and holds a receptionist certificate along with a number of other qualifications related to her work.
As head receptionist Fay trains and supports our reception staff and helps co-ordinate the day to day running of the branches.
Margaret Brown
Margaret has been with the practice since June 1998. As well as looking after our clients and their pets on reception, Margaret ensures that the practice is well stocked with pet foods, consumables and accessories.
She is also a fully trained Bereavement Counsellor offering support and comfort to clients who have lost their pets, and holds advanced certificates in Small Animal Nutrition from Hill's Pet Nutrition.
Clare Nash
Clare joined Highcroft in 1995 as a receptionist at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery, and has several certificates and qualifications related to this role.
More recently she has taken on an additional role helping our office staff with administration for the practice.
Jayne Redgers
Jayne joined Highcroft in 2001 as a receptionist.
She is also a Hill's Pet Nutrition Counsellor offering advice to our clients on the appropriate diet for their pet's age and lifestyle.
Jayne is actively involved in dog agility training and runs classes in the local area.
Caroline Saunders
Caroline joined Highcroft in 2006 as an afternoon and evening receptionist at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery.
Mandy Hawker
Mandy joined Highcroft in 2008 as a daytime receptionist at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery.
Erica Grace
Erica joined Highcroft in 2004 as an evening and weekend receptionist at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery. Again, it is thanks to Erica and her 'out of hours' colleagues that we are able to run our evening and weekend surgeries.
Ruth Turner
Ruth joined Highcroft in 2007 as an evening and weekend receptionist at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery.
Duckmoor Road, Ashton
Joyce Durbin
Joyce is our receptionist at Ashton. She joined Highcroft in 2003 having previously worked at the Bristol Dogs Home.
Joyce ensures the smooth running of the Ashton practice and helps our vets in the surgery.
She is also a Hill's Pet Nutrition Counsellor offering advice to our clients on the appropriate diet for their pet's age and lifestyle, and making sure that the surgery is fully stocked with appropriate pet accessories and consumables.
She was also nominated for Receptionist of the Year in 2006.
Pam Stone
Pam is a part time receptionist at Ashton and a Hill's Pet Nutrition Counsellor offering advice to our clients on the appropriate diet for their pet's age and lifestyle.
She is our longest serving member of staff having joined Highcroft in 1987!
Deb Steele
Deb joined Highcroft in 1991 as a receptionist at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery and now works at the Ashton branch on reception, and helping the vets in the surgery.
She too is a Hill's Pet Nutrition Counsellor offering advice to our clients on the appropriate diet for their pet's age and lifestyle.

Kim Davies
Kim joined Highcroft in 2005 as the main receptionist and auxiliary nurse at our Brislington surgery.
She is also a Hill's Pet Nutrition Counsellor offering advice to our clients on the appropriate diet for their pet's age and lifestyle and making sure that the surgery is fully stocked with appropriate pet accessories and consumables.
Bernadette Gearing
Bernie is a part time receptionist at Brislington and a telephonist at our Wells Road Hospital and Surgery, helping answer calls at our busiest times.
She joined Highcroft in 2008.
Hollway Road, Stockwood
Pauline Hellin
Pauline is our morning receptionist at our Stockwood branch surgery. She joined Highcroft in 2005 and, as well as looking after clients on reception, Pauline assists the vets in the surgery and generally helps to keep this busy surgery running smoothly.

Lesley Moore
Lesley joined Highcroft in 2007 as a part time receptionist at Stockwood, and at our Whitchurch hospital and surgery.
Lesley looks after clients and their pets in reception and generally helps to make sure that the surgery is running smoothly.

Teresa joined Highcroft in 2006 as our afternoon receptionist at Stockwood, moving to our Keynsham branch in 2007.

Jean Marsh
Jean joined Highcroft in 2007 as our afternoon receptionist at Keynsham whilst Debbie is on maternity leave.
Jean looks after clients and their pets in reception and, along with Teresa, helps the surgery to run smoothly.
Debbie Parry
Debbie joined Highcroft in 2006 as a receptionist at our Keynsham surgery.
Debbie is used to working with animals and has a BTech in Animal Care. She looks after clients and their pets in reception, offering help and advice where she can.
