Collection And Delivery Of Pets

Our pet ambulance is fitted with secure and comfortable carriers, and is available to collect and/or deliver your pet to the surgery if required. For this service we charge a small fee to cover our costs. This is a particularly useful service for pets who are coming in for operations

In addition, if your pet is having a routine neutering or spaying operation on a Thursday or Friday at Keynsham, we will collect them from your home on the morning of the operation, and return them to you afterwards, free of charge if you live in the following postcodes: BS1, BS3, BS4, BS13, BS14, BS31, BS41. If you live outside of these postcodes a collection fee will apply.
