Highcroft Veterinary Group is one of the leading small animal veterinary practices in the South West and we aim to provide the very highest standard of veterinary care and service to all our clients and their pets.

Comments

The practice is keen to hear all your comments or ideas in order to improve these services wherever necessary. There are Comments forms available at our Keynsham and Whitchurch branches, along with boxes to post them into. Complaints

If you should have any problems please tell a member of staff preferably the person in charge of your animal's care - they may be able to resolve your concerns quickly there and then.

If you should have a problem please let us know as soon as possible, and with full details, as this will help us investigate the complaint properly.

The practice will always endeavour to deal with any problems as soon as possible and if there is likely to be a delay in dealing with the complaint (eg if the member of staff involved is away) the practice will let you know.

The practice will always try to resolve any problems.
