It's not always appropriate, or practical, to bring your pet to see the vet just because they seem a bit off-colour or because they are behaving strangely - on the other hand, the last thing we want is for you to be sitting at home worrying.

Therefore, we have an Advice Line for you to call between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, to discuss any niggly concerns you may have about your pet, or to ask for routine pet care advice.

The Advice Line is run by the same nurse who holds are Nurse Clinics. She is highly experienced in small animal health care and fully qualified to advise you on any concerns you may have.

Please note if you suspect that your pet has been injured, is in shock or needs urgent attention, please contact the surgery as usual, or the emergency number, not the Advice Line.
