Home visiting call-out fees
Our Home Visiting service is offered at a much reduced call out fee than that for an emergency visit. However, we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours.
If you are unable to give 24 hours, the latest time to book a morning appointment would be 9am that same morning.
For an afternoon visit, we would need to book the appointment no later than 1.30pm the same day.
Obviously the further we have to travel to visit you the more the visit will cost in time and fuel, and therefore we vary our call out fee according to how close to the practice you live. We operate with two zones, by Bristol postcode. The zones are:
| Zone 1 | BS1, BS3, BS4, BS13, BS14, BS31, BS41 |
|---|---|
| Zone 2 | BS2, BS5, BS6, BS8, BS9, BS15, BS30, BS39, BS40 |
| Home Visit fee * | Zone 1 | £28.90 | £26.01 OAP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zone 2 | £42.04 | £37.83 OAP |
* Please note this call out fee does not include the consultation fee or the cost of any drugs that might be required. If you would like the vet to see more than one pet, you will still only incur one call out fee.
| Home Visit fee, Nurse Visit ** | Zone 1 | £23.65 | £20.76 OAP |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zone 2 | £32.84 | £20.76 OAP |
** This is a call out fee only, our nurse will not charge a consultation fee when she visits you and your pet at home for one of her free services.
Payment Terms And Conditions
We respectfully ask all our clients, including insured cases (with the exception of Pet Plan) to pay at the time of consultation, or on collection of your pet after hospitalisation/treatment.
For Pet Plan only insured cases, where a claim is to be made, any excesses should be paid at the time and signed insurance claim forms should be provided for the practice.
We commit to keeping our prices as affordable and competitive as possible, whilst maintaining our extremely high standards.
Every year we spend tens of thousands of pounds on new technology, equipment and staff training to ensure that your pets receive the very best treatment and care available. As a result we are proud to be one of the most proactive and highly accredited veterinary practices in the country.
