This Month's Pet of the Month Nominees
Thank you to everyone who nominated their pet this month - we're sorry we can't choose them all as winners - they're all gorgeous as you can see here for yourself!
Mya
Mya is a beautiful long coat chihuahua. She has been nominated by her owner for being such a great mum to her first litter of puppies (a boy and a girl) despite having had a caesarian section.
It took her a while to get used to the puppies after her caesarian, but once she started to heal she fussed around them, nursing and checking them constantly, and has proved to be an excellent mum.
Cory
Cory was nominated by Vanessa Thomas. Vanessa says that he has a lovely placid temperament but has had to suffer lots of problems in his short life, eye infections, snuffles, and an operation on his teeth. He's a regular visitor to Highcroft as he has his teeth trimmed once a month and is always very well behaved.
Maxie
Maxie is an 8 week old kitten nominated by Bethany Hemmings. He was rescued by Bethany's boyfriend who brought him to Bethany to cheer her up after her own cat had died.
